Overdues Recovery Processing Logic

Fixed Bandwidth Billing

1. Generate the bill at the time of purchase and carry out the debit operation;

2. If the customer has enabled “automatic renewal”, if the account balance is insufficient on the next billing day, the system will send an internal renewal notice; if the user is in overdue for more than 3 days, the bandwidth package resources will enter the “service stop list”, and the bandwidth limit in the bandwidth package will be adjusted to 0kbps;

3. If the user is in overdue for more than 7 days, the bandwidth package resources will enter the “pending recovery list”, and all corresponding bandwidth package resources and configuration parameters will be deleted;

Max5 Peak Billing

1. Generate the bill of this month at 12 o’clock on the last natural day of this month, and carry out the debit operation;

2. If the user account balance is insufficient, the system will send an internal renewal notice; if the user is in arrears for more than 3 days, the bandwidth package resources will enter the “service stop list”, and the bandwidth limit in the bandwidth package will be adjusted to 0kbps;

3. If the user is in overdue for more than 7 days, the bandwidth package resources will enter the “pending recovery list”, and all corresponding bandwidth package resources and configuration parameters will be deleted;
