FAQ
1. Why does only second-level backup appear instead of hourly or daily backups after enabling the snapshot service?
QA: The user has just enabled the snapshot service, and the current backup time is still within the second-level range, so hourly and daily backups are not displayed. As the backup time accumulates, hourly and daily backups will appear sequentially.
2. Can the snapshot service and manually created snapshots be retained when a disk is deleted?
QA: For data disks, after uninstallation, you can choose to retain the snapshot service and snapshots when deleting the disk alone, but fees for the snapshot service will still be charged. This is not currently supported for system disks.
3. Is it possible to enable Ark independently?
QA: Currently, enabling the snapshot service includes Ark as a bonus, and independent activation of Ark is not allowed.
4. What is the maximum range supported for custom backups?
QA: 144 hours (second-level), 216 hours, and 60 days.
