Recycled resources will not be able to recover data, so please make sure that your account balance is sufficient and top up for expired resources in time.

Notification Channel

All notification messages will be notified to the person receiving your settings via email, SMS and site notification.

Auto-Recycling After Expiry

Annual/Monthly Payment

• 3 days before resource expiry: Send a warning that the resource is about to expire
• On the day of resource expiration: Send a notification that the resource has expired
• 3 days after the resource has expired: Send a notification of instance shutdown, and stop the instance on the same day (after the instance is suspended, the instance exists but is not available, and the instance will automatically recover within 2～3 minutes after the overdue bill handling and renewal process is completed)
• 7 days after the resource has expired: Send a notification of instance recycling, and recycle the instance on the same day (the recycled resources cannot be retrieved, please renew your subscription in time)

Pay-per-use

Depending on whether the resource creation duration exceeds 3 days, the recycling rules differ as detailed below:

Resource created for less than 3 days

• On the day of resource expiration: Send an expired reminder
• 1 hour after resource expiry: Send a notification of instance shutdown, and stop the instance (after the instance is suspended, the instance exists but is not available, and the instance will automatically recover within 2～3 minutes after the overdue bill handling and renewal process is completed)
• 1 day after resource expiry: Send a notification of instance recycling, and recycle the instance on the same day (the recycled resources cannot be retrieved, please renew your subscription in time)

Resource created for more than 3 days

• On the day of resource expiration: Send an expired reminder
• 1 day after resource expiry: Send a notification of instance shutdown, and stop the instance (after the instance is suspended, the instance exists but is not available, and the instance will automatically recover within 2～3 minutes after the overdue bill handling and renewal process is completed)
• 3 days after resource expiry: Send a notification of instance recycling, and recycle the instance on the same day (the recycled resources cannot be retrieved, please renew your subscription in time)
