6.Precautions for Use

Notes for Use

  1. No refunds will be issued after the purchase of DDoS protection
  2. The domain name must be already registered.
  3. DDoS protection does not allow for downgrading, so if you choose a 30G baseline, you will be unable to switch to a 20G mid-way.
  4. Automatic renewal is switched on by default, please make sure to switch it off if you do not want this service.
  5. If the source IP that requires protection has been blocked, please purchase a new IP to replace the old one.
