5. Upgrade and Downgrade of Advanced DDoS Protection Service

1. Upgrade

Upgrading from a lower protection peak package to a higher protection peak package is allowed, such as upgrading from a protection peak of 20Gbps to 30Gbps.

2. Downgrade

Downgrading is not allowed. In other words, it is not allowed to downgrade from a protection peak of 30Gbps to 20Gbps.

3. Refunds

Refunds are not allowed after the successful purchase.

4. Renewal

Renewal is not supported after the resource has expired, and you need to purchase it again.

Automatic renewal is enabled by default, but you can manually disable automatic renewal.
