What should I do if manual renewal fails?

When manual renewal fails, please proceed as follows:

1. Go to the order management page
2. Filter out the expired type arrears order of this resource by resource id
3. Pay the screened arrears orders. You can use the bulk payment function, which supports up to 100 orders for one-time payment
4. Return to the renewal management and continue renewal

Why does automatic renewal fail?

A certain resource has turned on automatic renewal and the account balance is sufficient, why does automatic renewal fail?

It is likely because there are outstanding arrears orders for this resource that have not been paid yet

Solution:

1. Please go to the order management page, search out all the arrears orders of this resource, especially pay attention to the filtering time, there may still exist expired arrears orders before the filtering time
2. Pay these arrears orders
3. Go to the renewal management page to complete the renewal
