Applicable Scenarios
Balance shortfall alert is applicable for users who experience significant fluctuations in their monthly expenses and have a small balance remaining in their accounts. This service aims to remind users to recharge in time when their account balance is insufficient to avoid arrears and even resources being reclaimed by the system

After entering the settings page, set the alert red line and alert method according to actual needs
Reminder Content and Method
- The current insufficient balance alert recipient is the default user’s main account, and other notifiable objects can be set, with a maximum of 5 notifiable objects for each account;
- Only email is supported currently;
FAQ
Q: How much should the balance red line be set at?
A: It is recommended to set the red line at 1.5* the estimated resource cost for the next month
Q: After setting up the balance alert, when might I receive a reminder?
A: When the account balance is lower than the balance red line, or the account balance is lower than the total amount to be renewed within 7 days, or the cash portion of the account is lower than the cash portion to be renewed within 7 days, the user will receive a reminder around 10:00 on the same day
Q: What if I don’t want to receive balance alert notifications?
A: You can go to the balance alert settings page and turn off the “Alarm balance”
