Create an Instance

Log in to the console, go to the Knowledge Base Purchase Page , select the desired specifications and other settings, and click “Buy Now”.
Pay the order: Click “Pay Order”. After successful payment, you will be redirected to the console list page. Wait for the instance to be successfully created.

Manage Users

Obtain the management address

Click the “Details” button on the list, open the drawer, and get the management address. The default provides an internal network address. For external network access, refer to External Network Access.

The default username is Administrator, and the password is the one set when the instance was created. If forgotten, you can return to the console to reset the password.

Manage Users

Create/Bulk Import Users and assign corresponding permissions and seats. For details, refer to the document Administrator Guide.

Note: If the administrator needs to use the Q&A function, the “Assign Seats” configuration corresponding to the administrator needs to be set to “Yes”.

Start Q&A

If you are logged in to the administrator account, click “Switch Workspace” at the upper right corner, select the corresponding project, and enter the Q&A interface to start the Q&A.

If you are logged in with a regular user account, you need to obtain your username, password, and login address from the administrator to log in to the Q&A platform.

Preconditions: The administrator needs to complete the following operations

Create a user, set the username and password, and assign corresponding permissions and seats. Refer to the Administrator Guide.

Provide the Q&A address on the details page. For external network access, refer to External Network Access.

Upload dataset

Congratulations, you can start asking questions now! The system will quickly return answers based on your questions and provide the reasoning process and data sources. Through continuous learning and optimization, each answer is more precise.
