How to Complete Individual Real-Name Authentication

We provide two review methods: AI review and manual review, with AI review as the default. The manual review option will be unlocked if the authentication application is rejected by AI multiple times. Additionally, two authentication channels are available—APP authentication and H5 authentication—and users can choose either.

Application Steps

1. Go to the Real-Name Authentication page, select the “Individual Authentication” option, and click “Authenticate Now”.

2. Follow the prompts on the page to fill out the application materials. We offer both AI and manual review methods. In which

1. The system will switch to manual review after the AI review is rejected 3 times. The switch entrance can be found in the prompt box at the top of the form

2. Non-mainland users can switch to the application page through the link within the form

3. Financial information supports bank cards (including debit cards and credit cards) and Alipay

3. Wait for review after submitting the information

AI review will give the review results within 30s in general, while manual review is usually completed within 1-2 workdays.

4. Complete Verification

The review result will be displayed only after refreshing the review status page. After passing individual authentication, you can proceed to submit an application for enterprise authentication.

Notes

1. The system sets a maximum tolerance limit for review rejections. If the application is rejected more than a certain number of times, the system will identify the user as an abnormal user and prohibit further submission of applications.

2. Currently, AI review is only applicable to individual users in China’s Mainland.
