A: If you accidentally input the wrong payment amount, or indeed you have received the payment of this amount, you can upload the receipt of payment according to the prompts on the page.
Q: How many accounts can a set of information certify at most?
A: There is no limit to the number of UCloud Global accounts that can be certified by the business license. A personal ID card can certify up to 3 UCloud Global accounts.
Q: What should I do if the “Confirm” button is grey when preparing to submit?
A: You can check whether there are any required contents that have not been filled out, especially the “Province-City-District” in the contact address and the bank location, and whether you have checked “Agree to the authenticity statement”. You can submit it after filling out the information completely.
Q: What should I do if the address list does not appear when filling in the address?
A: IE browser will have more compatibility problems. You can use Firefox or Chrome browser to retry.
Q: What should I do if I have completed the real-name authentication but need to re-authenticate due to account transfer, company name change, etc?
A: You can contact your account manager or after-sales service center, and re-authenticate after signing the relevant agreement.
