Q: What should I do if I enter the wrong amount during payment verification?
A: If you accidentally enter the wrong payment amount or you actually receive a payment of that amount, you can upload the payment receipt according to the on-page instructions.
Q: What is the maximum number of accounts that can be authenticated with the same set of information?
A: There is no limit to the number of XXXCloud accounts that can be authenticated with an enterprise business license. Each individual ID card can be used to authenticate a maximum of 3 XXXCloud accounts.
Q: What should I do if the “Confirm” button is grayed out when I am ready to submit?
A: You can check if there is any required content left unfilled—especially the “Province-City-District” fields in the contact address and bank location, and whether you have checked the box for “Agree to the authenticity statement”. Once all information is fully filled in, you can submit it.
Q: What should I do if the address list does not display when selecting an address?
A: Internet Explorer (IE) has many compatibility issues. You can try using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browsers instead.
Q: I have already completed real-name authentication. What should I do if I need to re-authenticate due to reasons such as account transfer or company name change?
A: You can contact your account manager or the after-sales service center. After signing the relevant agreement, you can proceed with re-authentication.
