Arrears

When a purchased resource expires and is not renewed in time, it enters an arrears state. The amount in arrears is calculated based on the specific usage scenario and billing type.

Arrears orders may be generated under the following three scenarios:

  1. The resource has expired and was automatically deleted by the system.

  2. The resource has expired and has not been deleted.

  3. The account balance is insufficient for postpaid products, resulting in unpaid charges.
