How to Limit Speed When AnycastEIP Binds to Multiple Regional Resources?

All the backend nodes bound to AnycastEIP share the bandwidth, and the total bandwidth does not exceed the AnycastEIP’s bandwidth. If the bandwidth exceeds the purchased value, the corresponding speed limit will be imposed according to the proportion of the real-time bandwidth value of multiple backend nodes.
