Basic Concept

The cleansing is a self-developed product, which provides DDoS attack protection for the Elastic public IP of {{channelName}}. With years of attack and defense experience accumulation, it adopts various defense strategies, supports defense against network layer attacks, such as TCP class packet attacks, SYN Flood attacks, ACK Flood attacks, etc., to ensure the normal access of the source station.

Cleansing provides DDoS attack protection for all IPs in the data center, no need to switch IP addresses. The defense capability of each data center is determined by the upper limit bandwidth size of the data center, and a maximum of 10G protection is supported. If the attack exceeds 10G, it is recommended to use high defense.

Use Cases

Applicable customers: Customers who have purchased the Elastic public IP of {{channelName}}.

After adopting the cleaning product, it can protect all IP addresses in the data center. When it is subject to DDoS attacks below 10G, there is no need to switch IP and wait for the high defense to take effect. It can directly resist DDoS attacks and enjoy dynamic BGP bandwidth. The delay is lower than high defense.
