Creating a Memcache Instance in Cloud Memory
- Log in to the console. Select Cloud Memory Storage and navigate to the Cloud Memory Memcache instance list page. Click the “Create Instance” button.
- On the Create Instance page, enter the instance name, select the desired instance capacity, quantity, and payment method. The system will automatically calculate the cost based on your selections.
- Finally, review all selections and the total amount due. If you have any vouchers, you can choose to apply them. Click “Confirm Payment” to create the cloud memory Memcache instance as specified.
Viewing a Memcache Instance in Cloud Memory
The Cloud Memory Memcache instance list page shows basic information about Cloud Memory Memcache instances, including instance name, IP and port, status, instance capacity, and expiration time. Users can also perform common operations.
Select a Cloud Memory Memcache instance to view its details, monitoring metrics, and operation logs.
Expansion
If the created cloud memory Memcache instance does not meet your business requirements, you can easily expand the instance. To do this, select the instance that needs expansion and click “Expand” in the right-hand operation menu. On the pop-up expansion page, choose the desired expansion capacity, confirm the additional costs, and click “Confirm” to proceed to the purchase payment page.
Finally, review all selections and the total amount due. If you have any vouchers, you can choose to apply them. Click “Confirm Payment” to generate the updated cloud memory Memcache instance.
Note: Since standalone Memcache is a native cache service and does not support data persistence, restarting the instance after expansion will result in data loss. Please proceed with caution.
Deletion
Users can delete a Cloud Memory Memcache instance. Select the instance to be deleted and select “Delete” in the right-hand operation items.
After confirmation, you can delete the cloud memory instance.
