Resource expiration recovery
When resources expire or are in arrears, please renew or recharge in a timely manner to avoid service suspension affecting your business.
Prepaid - Monthly & Yearly
- 7 days before expiration: First expiration reminder sent;
- 3 days before expiration: Second expiration reminder sent;
- 1 day before expiration: Third expiration reminder sent;
- On the expiration day: Expiration notification sent;
- 1 day after expiration: Service suspension alert sent;
- 2 days after expiration: Resources enter service suspension status, and service suspension notification sent;
- 7 days after expiration: Resource recovery alert sent;
- 8 days after expiration: Resources recovered and recovery notification sent.
Postpaid - Public IP
When the account balance is insufficient to pay the generated order, postpaid resources enter an arrears status. If the arrears are not paid promptly, postpaid resources will be suspended.
- On the arrears day: Service suspension alert sent;
- 2 days after arrears: Resources enter service suspension status (in this state, the public IP of the resource cannot provide normal services, and the bandwidth is throttled to 1Kbps, while the host and storage services remain normal), and service suspension notification sent.
