The Management of Key
Key resource management
Access https://console.ucloud-global.com/ukms/manage to enter the resource list page, click “Buy Resources” to enter the resource creation page.
Create resource
After entering the resource creation page, fill in the key resource name and key quota (minimum quota is 100) to create the resource.
Create key
After completing the resource creation, click Resource List Details >> Resource Overview >> Key Management >> Create Key to create.
When creating a key, you can select the encryption algorithm, fill in the key alias and confirm the creation.
Tips
- Symmetric key is usually used for encryption and decryption of data with high performance;
- Asymmetric key can be used for array signing and signature verification in addition to encryption and decryption. Key alias can be used instead of key ID.
Create token
After creating the key, you can use the HTTPS API interface on the business side to use the key (currently only supports the KMIP2.1 protocol, the access address is https://ukms.service.ucloud.cn/kmip/2_1 , and the authentication method is Authorition: Bearer
