”Permission denied” error when installing Agent

You receive a “Permission denied” error message when installing Agent on a Linux system server.

You can refer to the following methods to troubleshoot and solve the problem.

1. Check if the installation is performed through the root account, and execute the ls -al /etc/init.d/aegis command to check if there is execution permission for the ” /etc/init.d/aegis ” directory.

2. Check if your server has installed the cloud lock. You can perform a check by executing the ps -ef | grep yunsuo_agent or ” ps aux | grep yunsuo” command.

If the cloud lock is already installed on the server, it may intercept the installation of the Agent. It is recommended that you temporarily turn off the cloud lock and then try to install it.

The default directory of the cloud lock is /usr/local/yunsuo_agent.
