Product Purchase and Usage
What is the difference between single replica and double replica?
-
The double replica mode has high availability features. Every two replica nodes form a shard. If a node within the shard becomes unavailable, the other node can continue to provide service capabilities (requires the use of replica table engine).
-
The single replica mode does not guarantee high availability and does not commit to SLA. It is recommended to use it only in test/development environments. For production environments, double replica mode is recommended.

How does configuration scaling affect the cluster?
When performing configuration scaling, the cluster will be in an upgrading state for several minutes during which it will not be able to provide services externally. Please choose your upgrade time appropriately.
Do you have any suggestions for configuration upgrades?
When the amount of data grows to a certain level, your current cluster configuration may not meet your needs. You can choose to upgrade the configuration according to business growth.
