Creating Scaling Group
Prerequisites
1 The current UAS service is targeted at the Vserver level under ULB, so it needs to ensure that there are Vserver resources.
2 The scaling group requires a custom image. Please ensure you have an available host image for subsequent host creation.
Notice
1 If overseas data centers are to be used, there will be some degree of delay. The specific delay information can be referenced from UDPN’s cross-domain delay information.
2 For the availability of load-balancing clusters, it is recommended that the minimum value of the UAS scaling group be set to 2 or greater to avoid single-point scenarios.
3 The cool-down time is recommended to be set to 3 minutes or more. UAS detection relies on data from cloud hosts, ULB, and monitoring platforms. It takes about 2-3 minutes from the action of creating a host to the completion of startup and obtaining monitoring information. Setting the cool-down time to more than 3 minutes is to avoid nodes being deemed unhealthy due to the unavailability of monitoring information.
