Dead Letter Queue

When a message is continuously consumed unsuccessfully up to the maximum retry times, the message that is confirmed to be unable to be consumed normally will not be deleted immediately, but will be delivered to the dead letter queue. Users can query the dead letter queue within a specified time range through the console and perform operations such as download and resend.
