Renewal

The prepaid mode supports the "Auto-Renewal" feature.

When purchasing a host, if you choose the prepaid billing method (any of yearly/monthly/hourly billing), we will enable the "auto-renewal switch" by default for you. When your account balance is sufficient, the system will automatically renew for you when it is about to expire.

It should be noted that the automatic renewal is based on your previous configuration and duration. If your account balance is insufficient, the system will fail to deduct fees when the resource is about to expire, and the resource status will be displayed as "Expired". You can "Manually Renew" after recharging.

If your payment cycle is monthly, for the convenience of reconciliation, the system will automatically renew your subscription to the end of the current month for the first time, and subsequent renewals will be made on a monthly basis.

At the same time, you can also turn off the 'Auto Renewal Switch'. After the expiration, the resources will automatically enter the arrears status, and the system will remind you of the resource expiration and renewal matters. At this time, the system will not release the user's resources. You can use the 'Manual Renewal' function to renew the subscription. Users can choose to pay monthly or annually when renewing. If the user does not recharge and 'Manually Renew', the deduction will fail and the resource status will be displayed as 'Expired'.

If resources expire, the system may reclaim the expired resources, please renew in time.

When you turn off the "Auto-renewal switch", the system will remind you via email and text message 3 days before the product expires, and within 7 days after the product expires, the system will remind you daily of the product expiration time and renewal matters. For specific notification rules and related information for configuring notifications, please check Notification Channels

Please check if you have not received relevant notifications, pay attention to the site's internal message information.

Renewal Validity Period

f the current status of your resource is "Expired", when you manually renew, the renewal cycle will start a new cycle from the expiration time, until the end time of the renewal cycle is later than the current time, then the resource is not in an invalid state.

If you renew the resource within its validity period, the renewal cycle will start a new cycle after the settlement of the original renewal cycle.
