Installation and Repair Instructions for Agent

Whether to install Agent is determined by the user.

1、Installation of Agent

Supported operating systems:

• CentOS
• Ubuntu
• Debian
• RedHat
• Open Suse
• Gentoo

Installation command:

Click on [Installation Command] in the console to get the installation command.

After copying the installation command from the pop-up window, paste and execute it in the Linux operating system.

Check if the installation is successful:

After executing the command, check if the agent starts normally:

ps uax|grep uca

If you can retrieve the file with the word “uca”, it means the installation is successful.

2、Repair Instructions

If you find that Agent is offline and unable to transmit data, and no more alarm prompts are displayed on the interface. Please reinstall the Agent, or contact technical support for help.
