!> Once resources are recycled or deleted, it is difficult to retrieve them. Please ensure timely renewal and data backup. If there are special circumstances, please submit a support ticket, and we will do our best to assist you in recovering them.

Notification Channel

All notification messages will be notified to the notification recipient you set through email, SMS, and site news.

Recovery

Prepaid annual/monthly payment

The service stop and recovery process in this billing mode is as follows:

2 days after resource expiration: A warning of the upcoming database shutdown is sent to the notification recipient you set;

3 days after resource expiration: A database shutdown notification is sent to the notification recipient you set, and the database is stopped. The database after the shutdown needs to complete the renewal before it can start and continue to use;

9 days after resource expiration: A warning of the impending database recovery is sent to the notification recipient you set;

10 days after resource expiration: A database recovery notification is sent to the notification recipient you set, and the database is recovered (resources that have been recycled are irretrievable, please renew in time).

Prepaid hourly payment

After the resource expiration: A warning of the upcoming database shutdown is sent to the notification recipient you set;

1 hour after resource expiration: A database shutdown notification is sent to the notification recipient you set, and the database is stopped. The database after the shutdown needs to complete the renewal before it can start and continue to use;

20 hours after resource expiration: A warning of the impending database recovery is sent to the notification recipient you set;

24 hours after resource expiration: A database recovery notification is sent to the notification recipient you set, and the database is recovered (resources that have been recycled are irretrievable, please renew in time).

Deletion

If you delete a resource within the period of validity, the system will deduct the cost according to your usage time and return the remaining prepaid amount to your account. For the specific refund rules, see Refund for deleting resources.
