Recycle/Delete
Resources that have been recycled or deleted are difficult to retrieve. Please renew your subscription and backup your data in time. If there are special circumstances, please submit a work order, and we will do our best to retrieve it for you.

Recycle
Prepaid Yearly/Monthly
The recycling and notification process of the cloud host under the current billing mode is shown in the following figure:

On the day your resources expire: Send a notification to the recipient you have set that the resources have expired.
Three days after your resources have expired: A reminder that the UHost is about to be shut down will be sent to the notification recipient you have set. On the same day, the UHost will be shut down. The UHost that has been shut down needs to complete the renewal before it can be restarted for continued use;
After your resources have expired for 10 days: A reminder that the UHost is about to be reclaimed will be sent to the notification recipient you have set. The UHost will be reclaimed on the same day (resources that have been reclaimed cannot be retrieved, please renew in time).
Prepaid Hourly
On the day your resources expire: A reminder of expiration is sent;
On the 1st day after your resources expire: A notification that resources will be reclaimed is sent;
On the 2nd day after your resources expire: A reclamation notification is sent, and the host is reclaimed.
Postpaid Hourly
An hourly postpaid UHost generates a postpaid order every hour. If your account balance is sufficient, the fee will be automatically deducted. If your account balance is insufficient to cover the fee, an overdue order will be generated;
Upon accumulating 3 overdue postpaid orders: a notification that resources may be reclaimed will be sent;
Upon accumulating 3 overdue postpaid orders + 24H: a resource shutdown notification will be sent, and the system will force a shutdown on the same day;
Upon accumulating 3 overdue postpaid orders + 48H: a resource deletion notification will be sent, and resources will be reclaimed on the same day.
Delete
If you delete resources within the validity period, the system will calculate your billing information according to your payment method. When you delete a host, the cloud disk, network, and other resources mounted on it will also be deleted and released synchronously.
Prepaid
If you choose a prepaid mode for your host (including yearly, monthly, and hourly payments), if you delete resources within the valid period, the system will deduct fees based on your usage duration and return the remaining prepaid amount to your account. Postpaid
If you choose the host in post-payment mode, when you delete the host, the system will stop the service of this resource and generate a payable order for you at the whole point.。
- In the prepaid mode, if you are deleting the host and the current usage time is not a complete hour, the system will automatically make up for one hour. The system calculates the refund amount based on actual usage.
