1. After opening the cleaning service, will the newly added EIP be added to the cleaning service in real time?

No, the cleaning service currently refreshes configurations every 10 minutes. If immediate effect is needed, please contact technical support or account manager.

2. Can the cleaning service be tried out?

Trial use is not supported.

3. How many layers of attack can the cleaning service resist?

Mainly defends against 4-layer attacks, for protection against 7-layer attacks, it is recommended to use UWAF.

4. What happens if the attacked traffic exceeds the maximum cleaning value of the purchased cleaning service?

You can upgrade the cleaning service. If the attack traffic exceeds the maximum cleaning value of the cleaning service, high defense is recommended to resist the attack.

5. Is the traffic in the cleaning details real time?

No, traffic will be refreshed on the interface with a delay of 5 minutes.

6. After opening the cleaning service, can I see the traffic without entering the cleaning?

Yes, the pre and post cleaning traffic values displayed on console are the same when not being cleaned.

7. The customer business has no UDP traffic, can it drop UDP traffic directly while cleaning?

Yes, please contact technical support or account manager.

8. Will the cleaning service be immediately accessed after opening?

No, cleaning is only accessed when the cleaning threshold value is exceeded.

9. How to determine whether to access cleaning, and what are the conditions for accessing cleaning?

Cleaning will be accessed when the traffic exceed the cleaning threshold, and users will be notified by SMS and email.

10. How to view the effect of cleaning?

You can compare the traffic before and after cleaning on the console to determine the effect of cleaning.

11. Can the IP be automatically unblocked during cleaning when purchasing/upgrading the cleaning package?

Yes, within 3 minutes after purchase/upgrade the cleaning package, all blocked IPs within the account will be automatically unblocked, no human intervention is required.
