Carrying out real-name authentication is your obligation as stipulated by the “Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China”. V. User Business Data

5.3 According to your negotiation with {{channelName}}, {{channelName}} will store user business data in the data center you selected. {{channelName}} protects the data stored in the {{channelName}} cloud data center according to applicable laws, except for data loss caused by your failure to comply with relevant laws and regulations or resource overdue or overdue resources being deleted.

VI. Management of User Information


6.1 You can access, modify and delete your user information. To ensure the security of your account, legal rights and interests, etc., different pieces of information have different requirements for access, modification and deletion, and, for legitimate reasons such as technical logic, legal regulations, safeguarding information security, etc., some of your information may not be accessible, modifiable and deletable (for example, you can’t change the assigned account ID).
6.2 If you need to change the real-name authentication information of your {{channelName}} cloud account, you need to contact {{channelName}} via work order, phone, email, etc., and proceed according to the request of {{channelName}}.
6.3 In the following circumstances, you can make a request to us to delete your user information:
6.3.1 If our information handling behavior violated laws and regulations;

6.3.3 If our information processing behavior severely violates our agreement with you; We may ask you to verify your identity first (you may need to provide a written request or prove your identity in other ways), and then process your request. We will provide a response within thirty days in response to your request.
6.3 You can cancel your previously registered account [details see Cancellation of Account], after successful cancellation, we will stop providing products or services to you, all services and data under that account will be deleted and will not be able to recover. Additionally, at your request, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

VII. Security of User Information
